Real Life Angry Bird Is So Tempting …
Picture it: I had to do a favor for my brother. Aaron goes with me. We walk into Barnes & Noble after said favor is complete. As I make my way through the aisles on the upper level, I approach a near empty table with an Angry Bird plush ceremoniously placed in the center. Right over the opening to the lower floor. It took every ounce of my not inconsiderable self-control not to pick it up, yell the Angry Birds sound, and hurl it over the abyss. Aaron encouraged me to do it. I did not give in to temptation. Someone will. Someone is going to throw that Angry Bird. It is begging for it.
I should have Aaron play the soundtrack on his phone … he has a symphonic version of it by the London Symphony Orchestra.
Update: My brother secretly flew to Colorado to propose to his girlfriend! They’re getting married! I couldn’t say more on the post in case she saw it and it ruined the surprise of the proposal (he needed us to run him to the airport to catch the flight).
