My early afternoon today was spent in a hospital visiting someone very close to me recovering from surgery. As I was looking around at the capacity of the facility, it dawned on me that the quantity of coffee necessary to serve all of these people would require a reconstitution, grind-free system that had a reasonable chance of being either Douwe Egberts or Nescafe. I got excited and went to the cafeteria. Sure enough, they had Douwe Egberts at only 80¢ per cup with the first refill free! Jackpot!
I found a Douwe Egberts machine!
The hospital even had cherry mashes, one of my favorite candies!
I'm seeing more and more Halloween trees and trees in general for holidays other than Christmas. I'm thinking I might have to participate. It would be kind of cool to have a seasonal display around ... Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, 4th of July, Autumn, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Winter ... I don't need another project but I like it.
My goal is to get all of my About.com articles for the month published on the server by tonight so I can spend the rest of September focusing on my real, day job: Kennon Green Enterprises.
